The little old lady that owns this place has great memories of raising her children here in the summers and you could do the same. You can look at this place and tell it was a nice little summer cottage but it's time to let someone else give it some tlc. That's why the floors have no covering in the back. She wanted to cover them but I said ''let whoever buys it put what they want'' The rest of the house has Hardwood floors except for the Vinyl in the small dining area and the Kitchen. The Hardwood in the Library will have to be refinished. The workshop in the back needs a good cleaning, but it's lighted and wired. This was remodeled in 83 and you really need to come see how it's set up. If I bought it I'd put a small shower in the back bedroom but...
